Initial conversation
An initial conversation focused on understanding the project, the strength of the team and the real needs of the transaction. For companies and brands, we assess whether there is a fit to explore further. In real estate, we conduct an initial review of the asset and its fundamentals.
Integrated analysis
The investment team and the relevant operating partner analyze each opportunity in parallel, integrating financial and operational viability from the outset. In real estate, Zpiral reviews budgets and technical risks before the transaction is approved. In tech and consumer, Originer and Nomvi assess the product, market and the team’s execution capacity.
Decision with conviction
An investment is only formalized once the opportunity has passed an exhaustive validation process. In real estate projects, this analysis includes Zpiral’s technical review and financial structuring by the Finance team.
