1) The Website

  • No Commercial Relationship: Access to the Website does not constitute a commercial relationship between BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. and the User.
  • Legal Age: The User declares they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions. This Website is not directed at minors, and BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. accepts no responsibility for non-compliance with this requirement.

3) Intellectual Property

To preserve intellectual property rights, if a user or third party believes that their rights have been violated by content on the Website, they must notify BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. providing:

Brand Rights

The BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. and EVOLVION trademarks and graphic brand elements are registered, and reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
All intellectual property rights of third-party content are the responsibility of their respective owners.

4) Exclusion of Liability

BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. acts with maximum diligence to keep the information on its Website updated, but does not guarantee accuracy or completeness, and reserves the right to modify its content at any time.

The company is not responsible for information obtained through external links. Commercial relationships with clients will be governed by applicable general conditions or specific agreements.

5) Information and Commercial Advertising Policy

Misleading Advertising: BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. does not engage in misleading advertising. Formal or numerical errors resulting from incomplete updates are not considered misleading and will be corrected when identified.

Identification of Communications: Commercial communications will be clearly identified as such, in accordance with Law 34/2002.

Contractual Maintenance: Information sent to clients to maintain contractual relationships is not considered commercial communication.

Confidentiality: Messages directed exclusively to recipients may contain confidential information. Unauthorized use or disclosure is prohibited.

Opt-Out Procedure: Users may request cessation of commercial communications by sending a notice with the subject line “BAJA COMUNICACIONES” (Unsubscribe Communications). Requests will be processed within 10 days.

6) Link Policy

Users or third parties who establish hyperlinks to the Website must note:

  • Total or partial reproduction of Website content is prohibited without express authorization.
  • No false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements about the Website or its content may be made.
  • The linking website may not contain elements protected by intellectual property rights without express authorization.

7) Social Media

BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. may maintain an official presence on social networks. Data processing of followers is governed by this section, as well as by the terms, privacy policies, and rules of each social network.

Data will be processed to properly manage presence on social media, inform about activities, products, or services, and for any other permitted purpose. Follower profiles will not be used to send personalized advertising.

8) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. BQCAPITAL PARTNERS S.L. and the User submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
